Laundry: The cottage does not have a washer/dryer, and if you have a large amount of laundry, it might be better to find a laundry service or laundromat as the Doonbeg laundry service is costly. There are a few options about a 20 minute drive away in Kilrush, such as Kilrush Laundry and Revolution Laundry (multiple locations in Ireland).
